Restoring Balance - Chapter 2.
It distresses me greatly that I write these articles and I know for sure that no one, or almost no one will heed anything I say in them. Zero interest!
The same thing happens in my daily life around others. Where others have had problems, and want to discuss solutions, I have often tried to talk with them and offer to tell them what I know on the subject. It is an intervention that is usually rejected. And, if they do hear me out, they are more than likely to completely disregard what I say and continue their journey of suffering, regardless.
Since it is more than likely that the reader of this article is a Christian, let me draw a parallel.
Have you tried offering your insight on spiritual matters to other non-Christians? What happens? Usually, you will have wasted your breath. You shouldn’t have bothered. But, at least you do know why they don’t want to listen to you. You know that Satan has deceived them.
Right, Satan can deceive non-Christians. Agreed?
Yes, Satan not only can, but does. Now, what about you? Can Satan deceive you? Yes, he can and he does. All the time. How?
Satan is the ruler of this world. He is the boss guy that pulls the strings. We are told that he is a liar and the father of all lies. That means his world is a liar and full of falsehoods.
So, you actually do believe lies if you trust anything at all in this world.
Much of what I have written on these pages so far has been an attempt to help people with their problems. Weekly, we hear of someone that is in physical or mental distress. Yes, I do pray for them as they requested. However, the answer to that specific problem may very well be right there in front of them. The trouble is that humans would prefer God to divinely intervene and heal them back to health, instantly. Without any effort at all on their part.
Right, let me ask you another question. Are you lacking something at the moment that is causing you some discomfort? Have you prayed about it? Of course, you have. Have you been answered? Has this discomfort been removed from you as you asked?
Not yet? Well consider this. God controls everything but allows Satan to control what’s left. Have you considered that the answer to your unhappiness has already been offered to you here? By me or someone else. Or have you considered that maybe there are some wise people around you that could offer you the counsel you desperately need?
The answer to problems is exactly like strengthening a weak muscle. We have to work at it.
Only when you have exhausted every avenue that is open to you will God intervene.
Where does our physical and mental distress originate?
I have studied health matters for many decades. I know the whole medical system is controlled by “big pharma”. Right down to your doctor pushing the pills on you to make you “healthy”. The only thing healthy about what they are doing is to enrich theirs and others bank balances. They do it for themselves NOT FOR YOU.
There is another way. I have briefly explained before that your minds health is affected by your body’s health. Your body is also affected by your mind.
If either aren’t in perfect condition, then neither are you, AND YOU FEEL SICK.
Everything you consume in food affects your body. Most of the world now poisons themselves daily with what they eat. They don’t eat like God designed us to, AND THEY ARE SICK.
If you are not 100% happy about your life right now, then please have an open mind to consider that you are being deceived. Yes, you are maybe being deceived. RIGHT NOW. And I am trying to get you to see through this deception. Probably unsuccessfully, but at least I am trying.
Please believe me. Let me stress that the answer to your need may very well be here in these pages. Or, it may be just a short conversation away with a wiser person you know. There are many of them here. You don’t have to look very far.
If you haven’t made the effort - WITH AN OPEN MIND - to help yourself, then God and everyone else is not going to be able to help you at this time.
We are here on this earth to develop character. That entails suffering when necessary. But the suffering can often be exacerbated by the sufferer’s closed mind and unwillingness to put any effort in to fixing themselves.
Is your mind open? Really open to new information and solutions?
I really hope so. If so, then the solution will appear very soon. It may already be here waiting for you, right now, ready to discover it. With an open mind and just a little effort put in to searching, your life WILL improve very soon.
