The hardest part of figuring out religion and getting to understand just where the truth lies, is getting started.
\n\nThere are thousands, maybe tens or even hundreds of thousands of \nvariations around the world. Each having followers that believe that \nthey have the truth.
\n\nThe problem is that there is only one truth and everything else is a \nlie. That means if there are one thousand religions in the world then \nnine hundred and ninety-nine of them must be practicing a lie.
\n\nSo, how do you make sure that you find the one that teaches the truth and nothing but the truth?
\n\nLet\u2019s get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
I am assuming that if you got past our home page then you at least believe in a Creator God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
I will also assume that you must favour Christianity otherwise you wouldn\u2019t now be looking at this page.
\n\nSo, from those two starting points as a foundation, let me offer you the\n information that will help you get started on your journey towards \nBible Truth.
\n\nWhen you buy or hire a piece of equipment, it comes with a user guide \nhandbook. This booklet tells you everything that the designer thinks you\n need to know to operate it efficiently and safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
So, my third assumption is that you believe that the Creator God did \nactually make you and that you didn\u2019t just come in to existence after \nyour billion-year-old ancestors walked out of a swamp!\n
\nIf you do actually believe that you are the product of very intricate \ndesign and beauty, then you must also reason that you wouldn\u2019t be left \nhere on earth in total ignorance. Your creator would have provided some \ninstructions for you, just so you know how to operate yourself to peak \nperformance and longevity. (Of course, we know that most people, \nespecially men, don\u2019t read the user guide before operating something \nnew!) Mankind has also taken the same decision and made up their own \nminds how God\u2019s special creation should function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
So, that leads to the fourth assumption. That the Bible is most likely \nour actual handbook and user operating guide. If we can start with those\n four boxes being ticked as true then we have a starting point that can \nbe a great foundation for you finding out information that has been kept\n a secret from most of mankind for thousands of years. I\u2019ll reveal more \nabout the reason for the secret part in later chapters.\n
